General terms and conditions for participation in the prize draw
Statement clo GmbH (“Organizer”) and the participating customer
("Participant")
1. Subject of the conditions of participation and organizer
These terms and conditions regulate the conditions for participation in the prize draw and any necessary transfer of rights. The description and procedure of the respective prize draw are provided as part of the respective prize draw on the organizer's homepage.
The organizer of the raffle is Statement clo GmbH, Preußweg 101 52074 Aachen. By purchasing goods during the raffle, you accept these terms and conditions.
2. Participation
Participation in the prize draw from Statement clo GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the organizer, is tied to the purchase of goods as part of the Black Friday promotion. Goods are deemed to have been purchased if no return of the goods has been made or announced after the statutory return period has expired.
Participation is subject exclusively to these terms and conditions. To take part in the prize draw, you must correctly fill in your first and last name, address and email address during checkout.
Participation is only possible within the participation period. Orders received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.
Participation in the raffle is possible from November 20th, 2022, 12:00 p.m. to November 25th, 2022, 11:59 p.m. During this period, customers who purchase items from the Black Friday promotion automatically participate in the raffle.
3. Eligibility
Natural persons who are resident in the European Union or Switzerland and who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Participation is limited to customers of the organizer and is dependent on the purchase of a product.
If a participant is limited in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.
All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the prize draw and employees of the organizer and affiliated companies as well as the relatives of such employees and their relatives are not entitled to participate in the prize draw.
Participation with false identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted.
One prize draw ticket will be created for each item purchased.
The organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude persons from the
Participation if there are legitimate reasons. Such reasons
are particularly present in:
- Manipulation in connection with access to or conduct of the raffle
- Violations of these conditions of participation
- Unfair dealing or
- False or misleading information in connection with participation in the prize draw.
If the excluded participant is a winner who has already been drawn, the prize can be revoked retroactively.
4. Prizes, prize notification and delivery of prizes

The prize will be handed over exclusively to the participant who has won or to the legal representative of the incapacitated participant. The prize will be handed over to the winner by the organizer.
An exchange, transfer, self-collection or cash payment of the prize is not possible.
Any costs incurred for shipping the prizes will be borne by the organizer.
The organizer is not responsible for damages during delivery.
Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize will be borne by the winning participant. The winning participant is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
If the participant who has won responds after being asked twice
If the prize is not claimed within 3 weeks, the right to win will expire. In this case, the organizer is entitled to hold a replacement draw and then transfer the prize to another participant.
If circumstances arise for which the organizer is not responsible, the respective participant who has won will accept an appropriate replacement prize.
5. Termination of the raffle
The organizer reserves the right to terminate the prize draw prematurely, in whole or in part, or to change its course at any time, even without observing deadlines and without prior notice and without stating reasons, if it is not possible to guarantee the proper and scheduled execution of the prize draw for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons.
6. Data protection
To participate in the prize draw, you must provide personal information (first and last name, email address and postal address). The participant assures that the personal information he or she provides, in particular first name, last name, email address, postal address and date of birth, is true and correct.
The organizer is responsible for the collection, processing and use of participants' personal data. The organizer will only use the participant's personal information and other personal data within the framework of the statutory provisions of data protection law. The organizer points out that all of the participant's personal data will not be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without consent .
The organizer will only store, process and use the information to the extent that this is necessary for the conduct of the raffle or if the participant has given their consent.
In the event of a win, the winning participant agrees to the publication of his or her name and place of residence in the media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the organizer's website and its social media platforms.
The participant is entitled to obtain information about this personal data from the organizer and to request its correction,
if the personal data concerning him or her are inaccurate. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the participant has the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, also by means of providing a supplementary statement.
7. Applicable law
Questions and complaints relating to the raffle should be directed to the organizer.
The organizer's raffle is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
8. Severability Clause
Should a provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision shall apply which economically comes closest to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. The same applies if there is a gap in these terms and conditions.
